French oil giant Total SA (TOT) said Wednesday that Jacques Maigne has been appointed Chairman and Chief Executive of its Hutchinson unit.

MAIN FACTS:

-Maigne replaces Pierre-Christian Clout.

-Hutchinson is a chemicals subsidiary of Total specialized in sealing systems, fluid transfer systems, vibration, acoustic and thermal insulation, and transmission and mobility systems.
