I do. According to the filings the merger is already done. It’s just waiting for the LOI’s to be finalized. There’s multiple so I believe that’s what is taking so long. Along with clearing the hurdles with OneMind. One LOI sometimes takes 6 months to finish so 3-4 is going to take forever unfortunat

NICE wisely declined the reimbursement because these ineffective MABs don't satisfy the cost-benefit rationale. There's no benefit with MABs for AD, just nasty brain-swelling/bleeding side effects. I certainly wouldn't take them if I had AD... I'd wait for blarcamesine.
