Atlantic Lithium chairman Neil Herbert on Ewoyaa's path to production, lithium market outlook
Atlantic Lithium Ltd (AIM:ALL, OTCQX:ALLIF, ASX:A11) executive chairman Neil Herbert talked with Proactive's Stephen Gunnion about the company's strategy to bring the Ewoyaa Lithium Project in Ghana into production. Herbert acknowledged the recent downturn in lithium prices but emphasised the strong long-term demand driven by electric vehicle and battery storage growth. He highlighted Ewoyaa's position as a low-cost producer, making it attractive to off-takers looking for stable future supply. Discussing funding strategies, Herbert outlined a collaborative approach involving partners such as Piedmont Lithium, Sayona Mining, and Assore International. He also noted increasing interest from non-Chinese off-takers in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. The Ghanaian government has shown strong support for the project, with mining lease ratification expected in the second quarter of the year. Herbert also discussed the project's high feldspar content, which could support Ghana’s ceramics industry, and touched on exploration potential in Ghana and Côte d'Ivoire. The company raised A$10 million to optimise Ewoyaa ahead of a final investment decision, expected in Q3 2025. Watch the full interview to learn more about Atlantic Lithium’s plans. North Bay Resources reports high-grade copper results from Feb 2025 exploration at Copper Island
North Bay Resources CEO Jared Lazerson joined Steve Darling from Proactive to unveil the latest exploration results from the company’s Copper Island Project, following a comprehensive rock sampling program conducted in February 2025. The program targeted eight outcrops within the Pomeroy 1-3, Beaver, and Copper Bell zones, yielding highly promising results. According to Lazerson, assay results revealed copper concentrations as high as 5.69%, along with silver reaching 1 ounce per ton and vanadium at 0.22%. The average assay values stood at 4.6% copper, 0.5 ounces per ton silver, and 0.9% vanadium, further underscoring the project’s potential. Additionally, metallurgical testing indicated that copper mineralization exists in oxide form up to 74.4%, with average oxide copper content of 40.3%, 42.1%, and 58.4% across three different leach tests. This is a crucial finding, as copper in oxide form is typically associated with lower processing costs and higher recovery rates, enhancing the project's economic viability. The Pomeroy 3-4 Zone, one of the most significant areas of interest, exhibits mineralization over a strike length of approximately 750 feet—making it the largest of the numerous copper-silver zones identified to date. The mineralization is associated with a northwest-to-north-trending sequence of amygdaloidal basaltic flows, with key east-west to east-northeast-south-southwest cross-cutting fault and fracture zones contributing to the structural complexity. Multiple parallel mineralized zones have also been identified, further expanding the project's exploration potential. With these encouraging results, North Bay Resources continues to advance its exploration efforts, positioning the Copper Island Project as a compelling opportunity in the copper and critical minerals sector. #proactiveinvestors #northbayresourcesinc #otc #nbri #PlatinumConcentrate #NorthBayResources #MiningNews #CaliforniaGold #JaredLazerson #GoldRush #ProactiveInvestors #PreciousMetals #

Element 25’s Butcherbird expansion: what’s next?
Element 25 managing director Justin Brown talked with Proactive about the company's latest regulatory approval for the expansion of its Butcherbird manganese project in Western Australia. Brown explained that the final work approval is now in place, clearing the way for full-scale construction. The project aims to supply both traditional steel markets and high-purity manganese sulfate monohydrate (HPMSM) for battery production. Element 25 plans to feed a portion of Butcherbird’s output into its planned Louisiana refinery to produce this critical battery material. Discussing financials, Brown highlighted the feasibility study’s strong results, with a capital expenditure of A$65 million and projected free cash flows of A$70 million annually over an 18-year mine life. He also noted that major automotive companies Stellantis and General Motors have committed $115 million toward Element 25’s US refinery, complemented by a $166 million grant from the Department of Energy. Looking ahead, Brown said the company is focused on securing the remaining project financing, with the goal of moving into full-scale construction soon. "This time next year, we should be in production with the expanded facility if all goes to plan," he said. For more insights into Element 25’s progress, watch the full interview. Falcon Gold unveils high-resolution drill core images from Great Burnt Copper-Gold Project
Falcon Gold CEO Karim Rayani joined Steve Darling from Proactive to announce the release of high-resolution images from the first two drill holes of its late 2024 exploration program at the Great Burnt Copper-Gold Project in Central Newfoundland. These images, now available on the company's website and social media channels, offer a detailed visual insight into the early drilling results and core recovery quality. Rayani highlighted that the released images showcase detailed core samples, revealing promising geological characteristics and mineralization from the initial drill holes. This visual documentation supports prior exploration results, reinforcing Falcon Gold's exploration strategy and validating geophysical targets identified in previous surveys and historical drilling. With these initial visual results confirming the potential of the Great Burnt camp, Falcon Gold remains committed to advancing its exploration efforts and unlocking further value in the region. #proactiveinvestors #falcongoldcorp #tsxv #fg #otcqb #fgldf GoldExploration #CopperMining #MiningStocks #Newfoundland #JuniorMining #DrillResults #ResourceInvesting #GreatBurnt #NickelMining #GoldInvesting #TSXV
