Il Cda di Softec ha preso atto delle dimissioni dell'a.d. Francesco Meani e ha provveduto ad attribuire le deleghe al presidente Costantino Di Carlo e a cooptare Edoardo Narduzzi quale nuovo consigliere di amministrazione, fino alla data della prossima assemblea degli azionisti.

Il Board, spiega una nota, ha nominato Narduzzi quale vice presidente della società.
