Softec ha formalmente comunicato a Envent Capital Markets la disdetta dal contratto di incarico di Nominated Advisor. Il recesso dal contratto - spiega una nota - è stato altresì comunicato con le stesse modalità a Borsa Italiana. Le parti hanno convenuto che l'incarico di Envent Capital Markets si concluderà l'11 ottobre.

Softec, inoltre, ha conferito l'incarico di Nominated Advisor a Integrae Sim. L'incarico di Integrae Sim avrà efficacia dal 12 ottobre.
