has more than 20 years of marketing and communications experience,

ArvinMeritor, Inc. (NYSE: ARM), a global supplier of automotive
components and systems. She most recently served as its vice
president of Business and Product Strategy for the Light Vehicle
Systems business group and before that held numerous leadership
positions including oversight for corporate communications,
corporate marketing, brand management and internal communications.
Prior to joining ArvinMeritor, Hanley spent six years with
technology services leader, HP (formerly EDS), and five years with
air pollution control manufacturer, Nederman. Hanley received a
Bachelor of Arts in Communications, and a Master of Arts in
Advertising from Michigan State University. She also served on the
global executive board of directors for the International
Association of Business Communications (IABC), as well as, five
