**NEWS** Heritage Cannabis Officially Begins Sales in the Recreational Market in the State of New York
"As one of the only Canadian companies selling their branded product in the United States, we are thrilled to be successfully expanding our footprint into more states and getting a foothold in the early recreational market in New York with this inaugural sale," said David Schwede, CEO of Heritage. "The states where we are selling products offer a faster path to profitability with stronger margins than those under the Canadian model. We see enormous potential in the New York market and with these strong margins and capital efficient approach we intend to have a strong presence in the state."

Heritage Cannabis Reports Q3 2023 Financial Results
"We are highly focused on the strategic vision of driving sustainable growth across the organization through increasing market penetration with our brands and diversifying our revenue channels. These activities contribute to growing revenue and gross margin, which we have seen successfully occur again this quarter, including a 47% increase in gross margin over Q3 2022," said David Schwede, CEO of Heritage. "Paired with this strategy, we are maximizing efficiencies and fine-tuning our production, as well as continuing to penetrate our U.S. markets which are gaining strength showing over $3.2 million in sales thus far in Missouri and West Virginia combined. These strategies are setting the stage for our Company as we continue to grow in our home market and explore international opportunities."

Agree that the US markets are where Heritage should focus until cannabis tax relief takes place in Canada. Looking forward to seeing more and more higher margin US sales coming from MO, WV, and now NY. Looks like Heritage is off to a good start with $3.2 million in US sales, even with the initial raw material shortages in Missouri. Seeing much more RAD product available now that cannabis cultivation in MO has increased to meet concentrate makers demand. Happy to hear that Heritage products are now being sold in New York!!! Congrats to the Heritage team for getting it done in time for holiday sales!!! GLTA

"The New York market has enormous potential, and I am thrilled that the production of RAD branded products has started up in the state," said David Schwede, CEO of Heritage. "Our U.S. roll-out strategy has a low cash requirement, providing an efficient entry into growing markets and faster path to profitability. Using a methodical approach when entering new markets has worked to Heritage’s benefit, where we can properly and successfully establish a brand and see the growth that follows. Looks like another big revenue stream about to come online for the company. Really happy with all the latest achievements including another solid quarter of revenues and shipping its first products to Austrailia. Missouri cannabis sales still appear to be going strong restrained only by flower shortages that reports say will ease soon. Really looking forward to seeing how fast the New York market takes off. **NEWS** Heritage Cannabis Entering the Recreational Cannabis-Infused Beverage Vertical
"Through a partnership with BevCanna, Heritage will help boost the distribution and accelerate sales of BevCanna products, including one of Canada’s favourites - Keef Cola. This partnership introduces a new vertical and revenue stream for Heritage in an efficient manner, using our well established distribution network in Canada," said David Schwede, CEO of Heritage. "Cannabis-infused beverages are a strong volume product with solid margins, and will be a great addition to our portfolio of offerings."

Seems like a good asset light way to add beverages to your distribution menu to me. Keef is a popular brand in the US so hopefully it will be easy to sell to dispensaries in Canada along with other Heritage products. Congrats to the Heritage team for bringing in new partners!!!!! glta

**NEWS** Heritage Cannabis Entering the New York Recreational Market with Products Available in the State this Summer
"This is an ideal time to be introducing Heritage’s recreational cannabis products to the state of New York as the official start of legalized cannabis sales begin. With strong market growth projected in New York, Heritage can capture a piece of this market with our well developed, well recognized RAD branded products," said David Schwede, CEO of Heritage. "Our U.S. strategy continues to grow as previously communicated and we are finding capital efficient ways to do it."

Happy to hear this BIG news!!!! If Heritage can reproduce what they did in MO & WV on a much larger scale they could get a nice slice of the BIG Apple. Since the company is projecting this for Summer they could be well along in the process. Fingers crossed :) Expect we will get more details as launch approaches.
If Heritage products are as popular in NY as MO then they could do really well. I'm hoping really really well :) Currently at the popular Cookies Dispensary in St Louis Heritage has 5 of the Top 10 Pre-rolls when sorted by potency or popularity. Like!!!! **NEWS** Heritage Cannabis Receives First Purchase Order and Is Set to Begin Shipments of CBD Products to Brazil
"We are very pleased to be in a position to expand our products and brands on a global scale, and to be working with a well recognized partner and their large distribution network in Brazil," said David Schwede, CEO of Heritage. "This is just a starting point for Heritage in Brazil as we are in the process of establishing a long-term supply agreement for CBD products which will also include access to our entire THC product portfolio once medical use cannabis becomes fully legalized in Brazil."
https://finance.yahoo.com/news/heritage-cannabis-receives-first-purchase-110000903.html
Glad to see Heritage is ready to ship product to Brazil pending Health Canada approval. Liking the move to establish long-term supply agreements with in country partners for stability. Another ground floor opportunity for Heritage like with other recent moves in Australia, WV, and MO. Smart move to look beyond Canada's currently over saturated cannabis market, but was happy to see Heritage increased gross margins even in this difficult environment in last weeks report. Like!!!
Excited to see the upcoming results of the new US revenue stream that really just got started in February. All reports from MO say cannabis sales are booming and cultivators and manufacturers are ramping up for the unexpected demand. So far Heritage RAD products have remained consistently in stock but not always in all size options. Tracking online inventory at the popular Cookies dispensary in St Louis shows RAD vapes and Pre-Rolls consistently in the top of their categories in popularity. Even more so at Heritage partner 3Fifteen Primo Dispensaries. So a BIG Congrats to the team on keeping their hit products in stock and popular with MO customers. Looking forward to hearing more about this market. GLTA!!!!

Marijuana shortage leads to soaring prices in Missouri
The CEO and co-founder of one of the biggest marijuana manufacturers in the Midwest, Franklin Stash House, said it’s time to ramp up production and support the demand that exists here in the Midwest.
“So, that demand has flooded in from all the Midwest,” Michael Wilson said. “You compound that with NFL Draft and World Cup coming our way, and it’s time to prepare for Kansas City to really be the center for cannabis in the Midwest. And, I think that’s really what you’re seeing right now.”
https://www.kctv5.com/2023/03/23/marijuana-shortage-leads-soaring-prices-missouri/
Just a quick look at Heritage partner 3Fifteen Primo's website shows plenty of products available including RAD vapes. Looks like they were better prepared for legalization than some of their competitors. The Cookies Dispensary website shows RAD as the most popular live resin cart currently available. Didn't realize eight states border MO with only one high priced legal state as competition. Liking this Midwest opportunity more and more as news gets better and better. Like :)
Also liking the recent Brazil export opportunity. It appears that Brazil is currently medical only with almost all cannabis products imported. Seems like a good asset light opportunity to export Heritage products manufactured in-house to Brazil, or anywhere else they can make it work financially. Congrats to the team for its perseverance :) GLTA!!!!

**NEWS**Heritage Cannabis Receives Purchase Order to Ship First Live Resin Products to Australia
"Heritage is becoming a well-known entity around the globe for our best-in-class concentrate products as evidenced by this order. We are experiencing an increased amount of requests for our concentrates from other international buyers," said David Schwede, CEO of Heritage. "Our concentrates are our bread and butter, and we have the execution, innovation and quality that people are looking for. This is the start of a strong and growing relationship and we are excited to be capitalizing on this market opportunity, with additional shipments already in the preparation phase. With our superior products we are confident that our trademark resins will be well received down under."

Who would have expected Heritage to be the first LP to ship live resin to Australia. Much bigger Canadian LP's have tried and failed to crack this highly regulated market. This now goes along with Heritage selling the first Canadian THC products in the US achievement.
On that happy topic Missouri just announced first months cannabis sales exceeded $100 million dollars. This eclipsed much larger legal rec neighbor Illinois by more than double. Now some projections are for one billion in sales this year in MO. Like :)
Gives you a good picture of how big the legal rec market is in the US. One small states sales are equal to all of Australia. **NEWS** Heritage Cannabis Reports Q4 2022 and Year-End Financial Results, Achieving Continued Growth in Top-Line Revenue and Gross Margin for the Quarter, and Year-Over-Year Revenue Growth of 125%
"We are very pleased to have achieved another quarter of top line revenue growth that signals the success of our products in market, and with year-over-year revenue growth of 125% we are demonstrating our ability to execute a sustainable growth story. We saw significant growth in gross margins year over year despite the challenging regulatory environment within the cannabis industry. The market continues to be burdened by overcapacity, lack of tax reform and regulation constraints, however we have continued to grow through innovative product launches as well as new brand introduction," said David Schwede, CEO of Heritage. "In particular we remain at the forefront of innovation with our newly launched ‘Thrifty’ brand and expect a similar market response to the wildly successful ‘RAD’ brand we launched in 2021. Our strength in the preroll and vape & concentrate categories is a testament to both our ability to be nimble in the market while continuing to produce quality products in a crowded market. Our U.S. ventures have successfully launched, and already operating on a cashflow positive basis. We are looking forward to continuing to build on the success of 2022 in 2023 and are exploring new revenue channels both in the U.S and internationally."
https://finance.yahoo.com/news/heritage-cannabis-reports-q4-2022-234000724.html
Great news that Heritage is already cash flow positive in the US. RAD currently has the two most popular vapes at the trendy celebrity owned Cookies Dispensary in St. Louis, including #1 Icy Fresh and #2 Something Fruity. RAD Live Resin Carts are also in the top tier of this category when sorted by popularity. Of course RAD products are doing very well in popularity at all Heritage partner 3Fifteen Primo Cannabis Dispensaries statewide. To me they are off to a fantastic start in Missouri that's just getting started.
Was also happy to see continuing growth in sales during a period of sales decreases for most cannabis companies. The major improvement in gross margins was good to see for sure. Discounting the end of year house cleaning write down of goodwill carried over from more exuberant times this report looks promising to me. What's important to me right now is top line growth in sales that build the brand while remaining fiscally prudent with every dollar on the way to profitability. Considering the onerous tax structure in Canada any progress by cannabis companies is to be applauded. So lets hear it for the Heritage Team, Hoo Raa!!!! GLTA!!!!

Opening weekend saw pot sales soar to nearly $13 million across Missouri
Missouri dispensaries sold nearly $12.7 million of cannabis in just three days, despite many potential customers not realizing it had become legal. The state began issuing recreational-sales licenses on Friday, when the widespread anticipation had been that the licenses would be issued on Monday.
https://www.stltoday.com/business/local/opening-weekend-saw-pot-sales-soar-to-nearly-13-million-across-missouri/article_2d053858-efc1-5649-be98-7e76751fc3a8.html
Sounds like they got off to a great start with Heritage products available from the start. RAD Vape Carts are for sale now at all 3Fifteen Primo Cannabis Dispensaries statewide. They are also available at the one Cookies Dispensary in St Louis. This national chain has plans to grow in Missouri so hopefully Heritage products will be in all of them. Great work by the sales team getting products in a The Cookies Store.
RAD carts currently in stock include Blue Razz, Tropical Tornado, Icy Fresh and Something Fruity. Also available RAD Live Resin Carts including Pink Lemonberry and Chimp Mint. Prices are equal to or lower than other similar products so I'm hoping for some big sales numbers here at the beginning of full legalization hysteria :)
The timing couldn't have been better to get product to market on day one. Looking forward to seeing a full range of RAD products introduced, especially infused pre-rolls that are booming in popularity everywhere. Now it's the sales and marketing teams time to shine and sell using more company friendly advertising rules than in Canada.
Congrats to the Heritage Team for making Missouri happen. Now onward and upward in 2023!!!! GLTA!!!!

**NEWS** Heritage Cannabis Poised to Grow U.S. Revenue Stream as Missouri Vote Passes Amendment to Legalize Recreational Cannabis
"The timing of this couldn’t be more perfect with production up and running in Missouri and products ready to ship imminently. We are very pleased with this market development and Heritage is poised to capture market share with our established brands and formulations, adding a high gross margin revenue stream to the business," said David Schwede, CEO of Heritage. "Missouri is expected to see strong growth as legalization takes shape and Heritage is well positioned to capture a piece of this burgeoning medical and recreational market. Our leadership team is focused heavily on the State and the opportunities that it presents the Company."
https://www.yahoo.com/now/heritage-cannabis-poised-grow-u-122600882.html
This is BIG BIG BIG!!! I'm guessing Heritage will have about a year of light competition while Missouri goes through the required lottery for new licenses. Then those new licensees will have to build and equip new manufacturing facilities, which is a slow process due to current supply chain issues, building codes, and safety regulations. Fortunately Heritage has accomplished that already, and appears prepared to sell rec products on day one.
Even as competition slowing builds Heritage should have already established its brands and developed customer loyalty to protect market share. Smart move by Heritage to get in early and wait for legalization. They would have made bank anyway as medical grew, but now ooh la la :) Congrats to the team!!! GLTA :)

**NEWS** Heritage Cannabis Provides Corporate Update and Highlights Growing Sales, New Products, and Growing Distribution
"Now that we have the in-house expertise in a large part of the supply chain, Heritage is focused on furthering distribution in Canada with new and innovative SKUs, scaling up on our best performing products, and expanding our reach in the U.S. and globally," said David Schwede, CEO of Heritage. "We spent the past quarter working on our product portfolio and we are hitting our stride in the Canadian market. With the upcoming launch of our new brands and our U.S. strategy in Missouri and West Virginia we have added a few new revenue streams to contribute to our future growth."
https://ca.finance.yahoo.com/news/heritage-cannabis-provides-corporate-highlights-223000432.html
Great recap of all the recent good news, but the headline for me is the Thailand partnership with Golden Triangle Health. The simple reason being Thailand has almost double the population of Canada. Thailand will also be a good distribution hub as other APAC markets begin to legalize.
This seems like a smarter international move than trying to crack the highly regulated European markets with lots of competition for currently limited medical dollars. This is a big win in a big market for the Heritage team!!! Like :) Also liking the guidance for another quarter of growth even when ON and BC government distribution was temporarily shut down during the quarter.
Lastly as the #1 Concentrate Maker in Canada the trend is your friend. Sales show as cannabis markets mature concentrates users expand as many dried flower users switch over to cleaner burning more potent alternatives. So in a real way consumers will be beating a path to RAD's door. Heritage just has to be ready to meet demand with the products they want. Off to a great start!!!! glta

**NEWS** Heritage Cannabis Enters Equity Financing With Obsidian Global Partners, LLC
"The closing of this deal with Obsidian is another indication that Heritage has a solid foundation for a sustainable business. With access to additional equity funds, we can continue to grow even stronger from quarter to quarter. We are adding new revenue streams, expanding across borders, and this equity financing will assist us with our continued plan for future growth. The market is starting to recognize that Heritage is a real player and a company to keep their eyes on." stated David Schwede, CEO of Heritage.

Happy to see a solid company like OGP has looked over Heritage and found them worthy of a such a large investment. Hopefully this financing accelerates their expansion into the US markets. To me Heritage is smart to focus capital investments on the higher margin US markets. This is where the major growth would be expected to come from because of higher population densities.
The financing itself seems reasonable enough to me. Certainly OPG understands that a lightly traded company like Heritage would hinder any kind of sale of millions of shares on the open market. To me this looks more like a longer term investment by OPG in exchange for a nice sized piece of the company. I'm guessing big investors like OPG figure that even if volume/liquidity never returns to the cannabis sector, profitable cannabis companies would still be valuable to sell or turn into dividend payers.
Speaking of dividends. To me it would be smart for cannabis companies to embrace the dividend model like you see with agriculture and other commodity stocks. It would give investors a reason to buy and hold shares of well run companies close to profitability. Always IMHO GLTA :)

**NEWS** Heritage Cannabis Ships First Products to West Virginia Dispensaries
"We are more than excited to have shipped our first U.S. products in West Virginia. This is an ideal time to be building our reputation in the U.S. with our outstanding products, and in advance of the potential decriminalization of cannabis in the U.S. that was recently signalled by President Biden," said David Schwede, CEO of Heritage. "Our first U.S. shipment is a meaningful milestone for Heritage and adds a high gross margin revenue stream to the business that is unseen in Canada. We are diligently working on launching new products and brands for the U.S. market to add additional high gross margin revenue into the fold."

"With our growing footprint in the United States, Heritage is uniquely positioned to develop our presence with our brands that are already highly sought after in legalized medical cannabis markets. Our strategy takes advantage of early entry in markets that have near-term potential for recreational legalization, and with the recent comments from President Biden on a federal review of marijuana classification, we couldn’t be in a better position and are very excited for Heritage’s future," said David Schwede, CEO of Heritage. https://finance.yahoo.com/news/heritage-cannabis-announces-introduction-rad-124500102.html
Hey Searay!!! Double good news this week!!! Happy to hear Heritage has begun production in Missouri USA of its unique concentrate products currently in short supply at local MO dispensaries.
Checking Missouri cannabis stores inventories online reveals a severe lack of brands and price choices to consumers in the state. Currently there's just a handful of producers selling 1/2 grams for what 1 gram vapes sell for in Canada. Using their low cost proprietary extraction technology Heritage should be able to quickly gain market share like they are in Canada. I see no Honey Oil products which are big sellers for Heritage in CA. To me Missouri consumers are probably more than ready for premium products at value prices.
Also liking the new RAD Razzlers as gummies are the most popular edible product in the category. Seems like everyone liked the Radsicles so I'm excepting this to be popular as well. Looking forward to seeing all these new products coming out in Canada and now the USA!!! Congrats to the team on these momentous achievements. glta

**NEWS** Heritage Cannabis Reports Q3 2022 Financial Results and Sixth Consecutive Quarter of Increased Revenue
"What we have accomplished in the third quarter is a tremendous achievement by the entire team at Heritage. Given the sector headwinds and after normalizing for isolated events in the quarter, we are proud to state that we have marked our second consecutive quarter of positive EBITDA. It is also our sixth consecutive quarter of increasing revenue which has been driven by the team focusing on growing revenue through the addition of sales channels and the further expansion of our already successful portfolio of products," said David Schwede, CEO of Heritage. "Our platform approach has protected us from significant challenges across the industry and we will continue to execute on our business strategy, focusing on cost management and driving revenue which was up over 165% from the same time a year ago. Our team is driven to innovate and propel growth, and the delivery of positive financials this past quarter represents an important milestone for the Company and what is ahead for us. Through multiple new brand and product launches on the near-term horizon, as well as the imminent launch of product sales in the U.S. contributing to revenue, Heritage is on a clear path for success."

**NEWS** Heritage Cannabis Expands Entry to the U.S. Cannabis Market in West Virginia Through Relationship with Harvest Care Medical, LLC
"We are very pleased to have inked this deal with Harvest Care, one of the established leaders in the state of West Virginia and the right partner for Heritage to expand in the U.S. in an asset light, capital efficient way," said David Schwede, CEO of Heritage.
https://finance.yahoo.com/news/heritage-cannabis-expands-entry-u-115000902.html
Liking these capital light deals through Heritage partner Merida's other cannabis investments in the US. Seems like Heritage's proprietary extraction system could now be readily offered to other US LP's under similar profit sharing terms. Especially in limited license states like Missouri and West Virginia where financially unstable companies are winnowed out of the competition for licenses. You have to be careful in the US where private companies, not the government, are responsible for payment.
To me Heritage has found a smart way to expand into the US on a grow as you go basis. Missouri and West Virginia will also be good distribution hubs for shipments into the North East, Mid Atlantic, and Mid West with full legalization. Like :) glta

It looks like food insecurity is on the rise everywhere so I'm glad that's on the list. Possibly open some co-op food pantries where the community and other cannabis co's could participate. Wishing the Heritage team best of luck on this worthy endeavor.
Also liking the new environmentally friendly packaging on the way. Packaging has always been too bulky for the size of the product inside. Good idea!!! Like

"We are excited to release these financials which show us reaching cash-flow positive territory ahead of schedule. The Heritage team continues to deliver on product innovation, distribution, and new revenue channels which has been a driving force to allow us to reach our targets - a major achievement during the recent choppy markets - and we remain focused on building a strong platform that can both generate top-line growth without sacrificing strong business fundamentals," said David Schwede, CEO of Heritage. "We have signalled our drive to success over the past year, and with our continued solid execution of our business strategy we have crossed an important milestone ahead of our committed timeframe. Our total gross revenue for the first half of this year is up over 210% from the same time a year ago – a strong signal of what is ahead for Heritage and our innovative, in-demand products."

Another record quarter!!! These are some of the best revenue increase numbers I've seen among canadian lp's this earnings season. With cost of sales decreasing on a percetage of sales basis it sholudn't take long to go cash flow positive now. Hopefully they are already there. This current quarter should be a good one with more Heritage products on the market than ever before.
In a normal market this would have gotten more attention from revenue investors liking the big increases, BUT there is nothing normal about this market. Too bad because there are a few cannabis companies like Heritage that deserve some credit for continuing to outperform the competition. Acolades to he team!!!! glta

With 124 Canna Cabana locations and growing this should be a big revenue generator for Heritage. Especially when they roll out Hertage produced products across the country in the next few weeks. This now makes three major supply partnerships to keep Heritage busy increasing revenues in the current quarter and beyond :) Like!!! Congrats Team!!! glta

**NEWS* Heritage Cannabis Achieves Another Major Milestone, Signing a Definitive Agreement with a Major LP to Supply Products for their Market Leading Medical Platform
“This LP is a leader in the online medical and recreational cannabis space, and we are very honoured that they are trusting Heritage to be a part of their medical platform,” said David Schwede, CEO of Heritage. “We have added yet another revenue channel to further support our growing business, and now that our products are on the two largest medical platforms in Canada, our positive trajectory and momentum are hitting pace. We are thankful for this opportunity to work with this team and are excited for what the future of the relationship can bring”.

Aurora is the top selling medical cannabis LP in Canada. Heritage brands are now listed on their website. Heritage now has Canopy and Aurora as medical cannabis partners. Aurora just reported $40 million medical net revenue in their third quarter with a healthy 63% adjusted gross margin. This is great news to be one of few thrid party suppliers for both Canopy and Aurora. I don't see any other nano caps making these kind of deals with the cannabis power players.
Aurora or Canopy would be smart to acquire Heritage before the sector comes back into favor, and the price goes up. Our CEO was a VP at Aurora so it wouldn't surprise me if they have talked. Also Aurora could use some help with their rec sales which have been declning while Heritage's has been increasing. Aurora just bought Thrive Cannabis so we know they are looking around.
Congrats to the Heritage team!!! glta

**NEWS** Heritage Cannabis Reports Q1 2022 Financial Results
"Our team has done a phenomenal job over the past year in transitioning Heritage to a Company with exceptional brands offering innovative, in-demand products – a great accomplishment and testament to how far we have come in just one year. With revenue growth over 400% from the first quarter of last year, and 34% over the fourth quarter of 2021, we are hitting our stride as a branded cannabis company, and we’re just getting started," commented David Schwede, CEO of Heritage. "As we move to cash flow positive territory, the Company has never been healthier, and our stable balance sheet, continued revenue growth, and proven commitment to a lean cost structure are leading indicators of where we are headed. We have an incredible business with staff that are the soul of our company. During a very turbulent time in the cannabis market, we are so appreciative of our platform partners that trust and believe in our products, and exceedingly thankful to our shareholders for their patience during this transitionary period."

Always glad to hear a company is healthier than ever from the CEO. That's what happens when you increase sales 30%+ every quarter. Pretty soon your rubbing elbows with the cannabis elites :) Really happy with the Jump to $9+ million in actual rec product sales. Another 30% increase in Q2 would put them well over $10+ million establishing a $40+ million annual run rate. You'd think that would get the markets attention along with cash flow positive news. We won't have to wait long as Q2 is due end of June. The best news is getting 17 more products into goldmine Ontario. That's their biggest acceptance rate yet!!! Like :) glta

**NEWS** Heritage Cannabis Reports 2021 Year-End Financial Results
"Heritage’s revenue grew over 100% for the year and almost 40% from Q3/21 to Q4/21, which was the higher end of the previously provided guidance. Our ability to facilitate this growth while integrating our acquisitions, expand our distribution and launch numerous new products including into the flower vertical is an outstanding result given the continued turbulence in the cannabis markets," commented David Schwede, CEO of Heritage. "While our results were impacted by several one-time cost adjustments, we believe we have been able to make a number of improvements which we expect will allow us to show positive results in the coming quarters as we move to cash flow positive territory. The combination of our launch into both the flower and pre-roll categories combined with our incumbent product offering has created a very strong platform. We are building a strong and sustainable business in a nascent industry and with our solid business practices and product and brand innovations we are focused on positive cash flow as a priority."
https://finance.yahoo.com/news/heritage-cannabis-reports-2021-end-221500413.html
Really strong finish for fiscal 2021 bringing in a record $7.1 million in Q4. That puts them on a annual run rate of $28.4 million for fiscal 2022, but I'm expecting much more than that. They have already reported the upcoming Q1 2022 report would be around 25% higher than Q4, so about $8.8 million coming in a few weeks. That would put their annual run rate at $35 million. The sales chart in the earlier update shows Heritage sales growth in this current quarter around 26%. That's some real good news that Q2 could be another big quarter for Heritage. Like :)
Was also happy to hear that Heritage's move into the US is on track to begin production this quarter, Great news is Missouri cannabis supporters have submitted the signatures needed to get recreational legalization on the ballot. Recent polling shows it should pass. This is awesome news for Heritage as it will expand their customer base "mega" exponentially. They would also be a first Canadian LP mover should the US legalize nationwide.
The team of David and Clint have really righted the ship by throwing the excess goodwill overboard and cleaning up the balance sheet for fiscal 2022. This feels like the beginning of a great year for cannabis. Who couldn't use a little more in these anxious times :) always imho glta

**NEWS** Heritage Cannabis Announces Corporate Update and Highlights Significant Sales Growth, Market Share and Growing Distribution
"Heritage has continued to improve our rankings for product sales across multiple categories provincially across the country. We are ecstatic that our products continue to receive positive reactions and our mission to create forever SKUs is translating into revenue growth," commented David Schwede, CEO of Heritage. "We have proven we can deliver products that are in-demand across the country, but most importantly that have customers coming back for more. We thank all the retailers and budtenders for helping us drive our brands and also want to thank our medical platform partners for trusting us to supply their patients."

My favorite highlight, Heritage #1 in Canadian recreational sales of concentrates with 15.2% market share, but there is plenty more to like. Including Heritage producing 26% growth in sales for the three months ending in March, easily besting more well known competition. I won't give away all the good news, but suffice it to say I continue to be impressed with the rapid growth of the company. Congrats to the Heritage team!!! glta

**NEWS** Canada's Largest Cannabis Retailer, High Tide, Welcomes Gov's Decision On White Label Products
In 2021, High Tide announced it has entered into two white label partnerships with Heritage Cannabis Holdings and cannabis edibles manufacturer Loosh Inc. which is doing business as Loosh Brands. Under the terms of the agreements, both Heritage and Loosh opted to manufacture High Tide's "Cabana Cannabis Co." branded shatter and THC gummies, respectively, for distribution in Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and Alberta.
https://www.benzinga.com/markets/cannabis/22/03/26336748/canadas-largest-cannabis-retailer-high-tide-welcomes-govs-decision-on-white-label-products
This is great news that will allow Heritage's white label partnership with High Tide to move forward in Ontario. Hopefully High Tide will need large amounts of Heritage produced Cabana Canabis products for their 113 stores nationwide. Seeing as High Tide just reported $72.2 million in quarterly income that hope may come true : )
Glad to see Heritage has begun to sell non core assets that don't add to income growth. They might need to extend this to the medical division if it doesn't begin adding to the bottom line soon. Any expense that is not justified by actual revenue, not potential revenue, needs to be sold or discontinued. imho
The recently extended halt in trading Canadian shares feels like a strategic move to me. Freezing the share price for a possible acquisition or merger with another company. I've seen this outcome before coming out of a extended halt. It's definitely odd for a company that has never been late reporting before. Guess we will need to remain patient to find out what's up. glta
