Listing of Shares following the Exercise of Share Options

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock
Exchange for 25,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each to be admitted to the
Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's markets for listed
securities, following the exercise of options under the Unapproved Executive
Share Option Scheme.  It is anticipated that dealings in the new ordinary shares
will commence on 7 October 2003.
