They filed several months ago, the problem isn’t when they filed, it is the mistakes or push backs from FINRA due to silly errors made from the Chineses. The latest Nevada site update, it is an indicator that they screwed up. I believe FINRA will update here summer 2025

FINRA really doesn’t theoretically approve a reverse split. They only process them. But they get to ask questions in the process and will keep asking until they get a satisfactory answer or the information requested.
