DEALINGS BY SUBSTANTIAL SHAREHOLDERS

The Company was notified on Friday 2 January 2004, pursuant to Section 198 of
the Companies Act 1985, that Aviva PLC through its subsidiary Morley Fund
Management Limited now has discretion to exercise voting rights in respect of
2,262,501 ordinary shares in the Company representing 3.02% per cent of the
issued share capital.

The holdings represent the current total holdings of the above named.
