ISSUE OF SHARES

The Company yesterday issued 2,000,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each to
professional advisers in payment of fees in relation to an abortive transaction,
at a price of 1p per share. Application has been made for the new ordinary
shares to be admitted to trading on the Alternative Investment Market of the
London Stock Exchange and dealings are expected to commence on 16 April 2003.
