Thanks tom16 for the vote of confidence! We know what we own, and if it went up to $6 plus dollars in March of 2022 on just a patent announcement, then we should get that pps relatively sooner or later.. ..IMO..For entertainment purposes only.. This baby is born to run!..Have a great day..

Keep them coming G.C. I'm just happy to have something to read about IBAT in the morning. To make the other readers happy...maybe you should include a disclaimer at the end...
something like, "For entertainment purposes only, until Burba proves me right". Good Luck to All!

Sorry for you that you feel that im cheerleading ..but I have an opinion that we IBAT investors have something much to cheer about..and if that bothers you than so be it..The post that I read that Trader posted said that Quayle/Worley were working with a UTAH based Lithium producer, and as far as we know..theres only one lithium producer in UTAH, and that is US Mag.Fact. So as another poster (post 7109) said it appears that it is IBAT that it is working with..Appears. ..but the ducks are lining up nicely..Go do some DD yourself, and let us know that your wrong... Time will tell..I know what I read in the five pages of Quayle/Worley..so go back and check for yourself.. Utah US Mag has been producing lithium products for 2 decades..so it figures..And IBAT is with US Mag..Brilliant deduction ..PS.Im so happy you like my cliches...Go IBAT!

Quayle/Worley has nothing to do with US Mag. There is no evidence that IBAT is involved. Maybe you could do some DD instead of constantly cheerleading with the same old tired cliches/

If Quayle/Worley US Mag plant...More plants will be built..Not overnight..but a 2nd MDLE is no doubtably being built as we speak now...funding is no problem..This Baby will gain market share ..and will grow to be the Gem that it is...Great time to buy..IMO .Adding..PS.Great video Trader.Thanks...Worley/Quayle are going to complement the tech w Iris Jancik connections to take affect globally..WowZa..Go IBAT..& Get out of the OTC..IBAT does not belong there..IMO.Big Bad John and IBAT are the front runner as of now..Buyers are lining up now if the results of the expanded UTAH plant is successful in the production /delivery phase..30-60-90 days from now we go to $5 bucks a share..My chrystal ball says so..Exciting times ahead..

I asked Perplexity https://www.perplexity.ai/ who was the furthest along in DLE production in the US. Here's the response:

Based on the search results, the company that appears to be furthest along in Direct Lithium Extraction (DLE) production in the USA is International Battery Metals (IBAT). Here's why:
IBAT has recently initiated operations at its commercial proprietary modular DLE plant in Utah. This facility is significant for several reasons:
It's described as the first commercial DLE operation in North America.
The plant is already operational and producing lithium, extracting it from a magnesium chloride/lithium chloride brine.
IBAT is currently supplying lithium chloride to US Magnesium from this facility.
The company's DLE technology offers several advantages:
A reduced timeline of about 18 months from construction to production, compared to the typical 5-7 years for traditional methods.
Potentially lower capital and operational expenditures compared to industry standards.
A small footprint, occupying only about one acre.
IBAT is now focusing on enhancing production by adding more columns to their existing DLE modular platform to increase capacity.
While other companies like Lilac Solutions and EnergySource Minerals are also making progress with DLE technology in the USA, they appear to be at earlier stages. For instance, Lilac Solutions is constructing a demonstration plant in Utah expected to begin operating in mid-2024, with plans to scale up to 5,000 metric tons in the next three years. However, IBAT's plant is already operational and producing lithium, putting them ahead in terms of actual production.

All I know is chart has done a full reset and filled all gaps. Yesterday 50k purchase on the ask in shares. The future is bright. News is needed. Results needed by EOY. Lithium prices will rise as big boys Al shutting down. Read about Albamarle. They in trouble. Not worth producing lithium for them w/o DLE. Look at Australia. Shut the biggest plant in production. Stopped cold. If China was to get banned from selling to the USA. There low grade lithium garbage prices will climb. I expect it to reach 25k by late next year

Could be the aussies being aussies. IBAT never announced 11ktpa but then again IBAT doesn't announce much and when they do, the numbers are nearly impossible to translate.

Would appear, ibat is inferred in that article but the one below indicates the article was written about Anson.

Yes ...As Ya scroll down in 5 pages, Darryn Quayle, Vice president of Worley, states that he is working with a Utah based lithium provider to produce 11,000 MT of sustainable battery grade LCE annually...and the post for us investors here to read..is much appreciated by us investors...Yes, IMO,..it has to be US Mag that Quayle/Worley company is working with..All Eyes on the results of this expanded production from the original St.Charles plant will speak volumes..Partners will come as this small cap IBAT comes out and is discovered.First and foremost in commercialized lithium mining..Tested already by two leading independant companys..(SLR & Greg Mehros Group),IBAT stands to get out of the gate as the leader in commercialized lithium production ..MDLE ..Stock could be explosive..IMO..Lock and Load..PS...Quayle/Worley, a monster of a company, also has a base in louisianna since 2022, close to the original IBAT St Charles plant.....IBAT and Worley for all we know have been connected since then...No doubt thats where it started..This unknown IBAT company is just starting to come out of its shell..The pps now is not going to be this low ever again.. speculation on my part.. but IMO..Big John has got this going in the right direction Bigtime.

Electric vehicle demand is growing thanks to new government legislation. But this demand is putting pressure on the battery materials value chain. The pace and scale of production growth makes securing and sourcing battery-grade minerals and metals a high priority.

It traditionally takes decades to develop new mines from greenfield deposits. But we’ve developed new, standardized approaches to deliver battery materials infrastructure at scale.

We also support the commercialization of sustainable extraction technologies such as Direct Lithium Extraction through our technology partnership offerings.

The search for socially responsible suppliers is on, and successful projects depend on collaboration across the supply chain.

Pitt believes a modularized approach to manufacturing will challenge conventions across sector, but ultimately unlock a new level of efficiency.

“This cookie-cutter solution is going to require heightened levels of collaboration and networking across both the value chain and the supply chain,” Pitt says.

“It’s a significant shift, but standardization is the most viable approach for the battery materials sector to capitalize on surging demand for batteries and decarbonize in the most efficient way possible.”

I'd love to see where it said anything about IBAT funding a desalination plant.

5 years of Sorcia / Ensorcia / Entec saying "desal plant in Chile 500m" as an example only to just watch literally nothing happen.

Hot topic, LEXI that JV flopped as hard as RjR, and I like Raul, he got bent by the Chilean policy makers when the nationalization started.

10% ownership in a project looks great on paper. Dan Layton weakness is in execution. I'd love for that to change.

TVR, can't wait for that gigafactory. I won't hold my breath.

The Capex looks great, so does their execution. And it's apparent based on investor interest and the deals ESM has versus IBAT. 2 different companies, the only ace up IBAT sleeve now is working commercial technology.

Riddle me this batman. 1800ppm brine carbonate process CAPEX. How do IBAT numbers compare?

Costs to produce through a CAPEX and OPEX lens of ibat is much more detailed based on the Financials, corporate presentations and statements compared to any other "technology provider" on earth.

People don't care about traditional quality expectations or estimates. They want buzzwords and headlines like the sea of juniors showing bowls full of piloted scale lithium produced.

Can't wait to see who e3 third party technology is. Excited to watch lilac funnel more investor money and see IBAT catapult or crumble.

Lithium is dead atleast until 2025, atleast while China is allowed to keep bringing garbage Africa spod across the pond and diluting aussie spod in the motherland to get that BG.

Prices tap $10/kg then reset to $18-24/kg which should start that reversal by EOY.

Keep in mind every 2024 PFS and DFS based their pricing off Benchmark the lithium pump squad at $20-30kg. IBAT 2023 pricing model was $15/kg.

Let's see if experience really applies in lithium extraction.

Derivatives & Underlying Security
A derivative is an instrument that derives its value from another security. Two categories of derivatives are used on SEDI:

1. “Issuer derivatives” are securities issued by the issuer. Issuer derivatives would include options, warrants, rights and special warrants issued by an issuer. The issuer designates these securities in its issuer profile supplement.

2. “Third party derivatives” are securities issued by a person or company other than the issuer. The price of third party derivatives is based on an underlying interest (such as common shares) issued by the issuer as the underlying security. Third party derivatives include exchange-traded call or put options, over-the-counter (OTC) call or put options (including private options to purchase or sell), equity swaps (long or short positions), forward purchases or sales and futures contracts (long or short positions). The insider, not the issuer, must define these securities in their insider profile.

If you think I'm easily confused, you are correct... especially when a company named Energy Source is providing modular DLE to Arizona Lithium at a site in Canada. Compare that name to Ensorcia that plans on providing the same service using IBAT'S DLE once a site has been approved. In addition, Ensorcia owns a boatload of IBAT shares. I was kind of hoping they were the same company with sort of an English/Spanish thing, but Capex of $485m looks way out of line...plus I don't recognize anyone.
Bought more yesterday... still didn't cut into Jacob's lead.

Sent by Copilot:
One of the lesser-known tales of Paul Bunyan involves his mittens. According to the story, Paul Bunyan’s mittens were so large that when he lost one in the snow, it created a cozy shelter for his entire logging crew. They were able to stay warm and protected from a fierce winter storm inside the mitten until the weather cleared.

This story highlights the exaggerated size and strength that are characteristic of Paul Bunyan’s legends. Do you enjoy these kinds of tall tales?

AZL is quickly advancing its 100%-owned Prairie Lithium Project in Saskatchewan, with commercial production planned for mid-2025, having already secured approval for three production wells (and two more to come). It is using existing Direct Lithium Extraction (DLE) from EnergySource Minerals and a modular approach will provide scalability and a lower environmental footprint.
Solid economics even at an initial small scale of 6ktpa . Based on the Dec-23 PFS, Prairie will be a 6ktpa Lithium Carbonate operation for total Capex of A$485m. At our US$20,000/t long term Lithium Carbonate price (minus a US$2,600/t deduction for technical grade), Prairie generates A$103m/pa EBITDA, an IRR of 26% and significant valuation upside

On our modelling, AZL is expected to have low cash costs of US$3,084/t and AISC of US$5,000/t LCE. . There is also significant leverage, with each additional 2ktpa LCE module adding A$80m in NPV and every 10% increase in pricing adding c.A$150m in valuation.

The part that standouts for me in the May 31, 2024 article if the 65,443,633Common Shares is not a miss print, which would have been corrected by now.

So I would have to assume 65,443,633Common Shares is the goal.

Is Jacob the one buying Daniel Laytons shares and maybe the EVL shares (by Third Party) in private?
https://ceo.ca/insiders?filters%5Bterms%5D=Ibat
Immediately prior to the Acquisition, the Acquiror owned 30,490,379 Common Shares, 10,626,557 Warrants and third-party derivative securities to acquire 6,946,293 Common Shares, collectively representing approximately 19.92% of the presently issued and outstanding Common Shares, on a partially-diluted basis. The Acquisition, together with the additional Common Shares to be received pursuant to the structuring fee will increase the Acquiror's position to 65,443,633Common Shares (assuming exercise of the Warrants and all third-party derivative securities to acquire Common Shares), or approximately 25.31% of the presently issued and outstanding Common Shares, on a partially-diluted basis.
