LiteLink combines deep industry experience in Logistics with leading-edge technologies to create an ecosystem of shippers, third-party logistics companies, and trucking carriers to operate together with a reduced effort, lower cost, and greater predictability.

1SHIFT will enable customers to negotiate with insight by presenting key historical data, partner ratings, and current market factors relevant to making informed pricing decisions in real time.  The 1SHIFT Marketplace expands the trusted network of logistics partners its customers can access for the most cost-effective shipping rates and to ensure that all of the loads will always be covered.  The platform allows for greater control of the trip starting with optimized routing and then tracking transparency with proactive management of issues to avoid delivery delays, late fines, and time-consuming disputes.  Streamlined workflow and transactions are tracked using a distributed ledger to record the golden source details of the shipment, automate the paperwork, and provide confidence in issuing payment.   

The 1SHIFT trials will deliver the core capabilities for a shipper to select amongst a preferred set of carriers, and then track the shipment until it is successfully delivered.  A trucker will provide trip status and flag any issues via the mobile phone application to minimize the required communication with the shipper and get help to clear any obstacles for on-time delivery.
