DISCLOSURE OF INTEREST IN VOTING SHARES

The Company received notification today from Threadneedle Asset Management
Limited regarding the notifiable interest of Zurich Financial Services and its
Group.

They have a notifiable interest in 3,412,410 ordinary shares of 25p each in the
Company, representing 6.1% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
