exercised options in the company's Savings Related Share Option Scheme to
acquire 2,438 Ordinary shares of 25p each in Wyevale Garden Centres plc at the
option price of 283p.

Robert Hewitt has also advised the company that he has today sold 2,438 Ordinary
Shares of 25p each in Wyevale Garden Centres plc at the price of 337p.
