The dead debt ridden Delaware corporation the worthless shares are attached to had no assets to liquidate under chapter 7. All the real assets were in Canada with the subs. Hence going from chapter 11 to 15 . Which is why the ccaa handled the liquidation. But in the end it still had to be approved
