A circular for the Annual General Meeting has been submitted to the Document
Viewing Facility of the Financial Services Authority at 25, The North Colannade,
Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS.

The Annual General Meeting was held today and I would like to clarify that
Resolutions 1,2 and 4 were passed.  Resolution 3 was not passed.

The Board of Directors comprises of Mr. Israel Librowski (Chairman) and 
Mr Joseph Vure (Director).
