plc, Active Capital Trust, following the disposal of 2,500,000 ordinary shares
of 1p each between 12th and 13th January 2004, has an interest in 13,700,000
ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company representing 5.47 per
cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
