The Company announces that it has been notified by Exeter Asset Management
Limited that, as a result of the sale of 150,000 shares by Exeter Enhanced
Income Fund Limited on 22 July 2003, Exeter's interest has reduced to 2,000,000
ordinary shares.  The total number of shares now managed by Exeter Asset
Management Limited of 2,000,000 shares, representing 4.73% of the issued share
capital of that class, is broken down as follows:
