Limited (EAM) that Exeter Enhanced Income Fund Limited sold 500,000 shares on
18th August 2003. Following this, portfolios under the management of EAM hold in
aggregate 1,350,000 shares (3.20%), being Dartmoor Investment Trust 100,000
shares and Exeter Enhanced Income Fund 1,250,000 shares.
