Well they just filed it yesterday afternoon the 17th, so maybe it just had a delay in the notice and it will be there at the SEC today.

The following sectors should do better than others among the large caps going forward: Energy, Consumer Staples, Healthcare. I will be adjusting my buys in addition to the small and medium caps.
