offering sale fares for travel April 1 through June 11, 2008.
Purchase Tuesday, March 11 through midnight, Central time, on
Friday, March 14 and at least 14 days in advance of travel. A
minimum one-night stay is required. Sale fares are available to and
from many cities served by Midwest from its hubs in Milwaukee and
Kansas City, with easy connections to cities throughout the United

airports, $3.50 per segment fee per passenger, and the "September
11th Security Fee" of $5-10 per passenger. Toronto travel does not
include Canadian taxes of up to $10, airport improvement fee of
$17, navigation surcharge of $14 and U.S. federal inspection fee of
