Haspeslagh to succeed Gérard Marchand as new chairman of the Board
of Tessenderlo Chemie
The director's mandate of Mr
Gérard Marchand has ended at the end of the ordinary general
meeting of shareholders of the company of June 3, 2014. The Board
of Directors of June 3, 2014 has appointed Mr Stefaan
Haspeslagh as new chairman of the Board of Directors.
The Board of Directors looks back
on Gérard Marchand's commitment with great respect and thanks him
for the many years of service to the company, first as chairman/CEO
from 1986 to 2010 and subsequently as chairman of the Board of
Directors since 2010. In order to express its gratitude, the Board
of Directors has granted Gérard Marchand the title of "honorary
chairman of the Board of Directors".
