Tetragon Financial Group Limited ("TFG") and Tetragon

Mr. Greville Ward has decided to
step down as a member of the board of directors of each of TFG and
the Master Fund. Mr. Ward advised: "It has become increasingly
apparent, as this year has progressed, that my other professional
commitments would not allow me to dedicate the time required to
serve as an Independent Director of TFG. I wish TFG every
success in the future." Mr. Rupert
Dorey, on behalf of the board of each of TFG and the Master
Fund, has stated: "Mr. Ward has made a significant contribution
during his four years as a director. We fully understand that
his commitments elsewhere make his continued service on the TFG
boards difficult, and offer him our best wishes in his future
endeavours." No immediate decision has been made regarding any
possible addition to the boards of directors.
