40 Index rising 1.0%.

down 0.2% and China's Shanghai Composite Index up 0.1%.
In commodities news, Brent crude oil futures were unchanged, and
gold futures were up 1.1%. Bitcoin rose 1.9% to $38,341.
On the currency front, the WSJ Dollar Index fell 0.4% to
97.64.
Against the euro, the Norwegian krone was up 1.4%, the Swedish
krona was up 1.3%, the U.S. dollar was up 0.1%, the Danish krone
was flat, and the Icelandic krona was down 0.3%.
