South African Rand Advances Against U.S. Dollar

The South African rand advanced against its U.S. rival during
early European trading on Thursday. At 5:25 am ET, the rand rose to
7.6511 against the greenback. As of now, the greenback-rand pair is
trading at 7.6600, compared to yesterday's close of 7.7459.
