Australian Dollar Rises Against Majors

The Australian dollar strengthened against the other major
currencies in the Asian session on Monday.
The Australian dollar rose to 1.5750 against the euro and 81.08
against the yen, from Friday's closing quotes of 1.5898 and 80.19,
respectively.
Against the U.S., the New Zealand and the Canadian dollars, the
aussie edged up to 0.6916, 1.0691 and 1.0037 from last week's
closing quotes of 0.6855, 1.0595 and 0.9967, respectively.
If the aussie extends its uptrend, it is likely to find
resistance around 1.52 against the euro, 84.00 against the yen,
0.71 against the greenback, 1.09 against the kiwi and 1.02 against
the loonie.
