Independence Air to Begin Service to Charleston, SC Tomorrow 6 Daily Flights to Washington, DC and Connecting Cities Begin July 17th DULLES, Va., July 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Independence Air will begin low-fare service to Charleston International Airport (CHS) tomorrow, July 17th with six daily, non-stop flights to Washington Dulles International Airport. The schedule quickly expands, growing to seven daily non-stops by July 23rd. In addition, Independence Air will be adding easy connections from Charleston to over 25 cities across the country.
