Independence Air to Begin Service to Cleveland Sunday 9 Daily Flights to Washington, D.C. and Connecting Cities Begin August 1st DULLES, Va., July 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Independence Air will begin low-fare service to Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE) Sunday, August 1st with nine daily, non-stop flights to Washington Dulles International Airport. In addition, Independence Air will be adding easy connections from Cleveland to 23 cities across the country.
