Acxiom Names Michael Darviche as CMO

Acxiom� Corporation (Nasdaq: ACXM), a global leader in
interactive marketing services, announced today that Michael
Darviche has joined the company as Chief Marketing Officer and
Senior Vice President.
Darviche, who gained industry prominence as co-founder and
general manager of one of the world�s first e-marketing service
providers, Bigfoot Interactive, will lead Acxiom�s efforts to make
integrated, multi-channel marketing a top priority for companies
around the world.

A veteran of Citigroup, Marsh Inc. and American Express,
Darviche will lead the Acxiom teams that assess market
opportunities, drive product lifecycle management for global
channels, generate sales leads, create brand awareness and promote
industry leadership. He will also oversee acquisition activities
that promise to enhance Acxiom�s capabilities, global offerings and
new-market opportunities.

Darviche most recently served as CEO and founder of Flash
Capital Systems, a New York-based startup providing data driven
customer monitoring services. Before that, he headed strategy,
sales and marketing for Citi 360, a division of Citigroup, and
prior to that was global managing director of digital products and
platforms at Marsh Inc., a worldwide insurance/risk services
provider.
He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in
economics, with honors, from Tufts University.
