Acxiom Announces 2010 Board Nominations and Board Changes

At its quarterly meeting held on May 17, 2010, the Acxiom
Corporation (Nasdaq: ACXM) board of directors nominated current
directors Jerry D. Gramaglia, Clark M. Kokich and Kevin M. Twomey
for election to the board at the 2010 annual meeting of
stockholders scheduled for August 2, 2010. These three directors
have served on the board since 2009, 2009 and 2008, respectively.
Directors of Acxiom are divided into three classes, each serving
staggered, three-year terms. If elected, the new term for these
directors would expire in 2013. The record date for the annual
meeting is June 7, 2010.
Also at the May 17 meeting, directors Mary L. Good and Stephen
M. Patterson, whose terms expire at the 2010 annual meeting,
advised the board that they do not wish to be re-nominated for
another term. They have served as directors of the company since
2004 and 2000, respectively. Director Thomas F. (Mack) McLarty,
III, who has served on the board since 1999 and whose term expires
at the 2011 annual meeting, also advised the board of his intent to
resign from the board effective as of the date of the 2010 annual
meeting. Each of these directors is leaving the board for their own
personal reasons and not as a result of any disagreements with
management.
