At this year’s DMA Conference & Exhibition, held Oct. 13-18
in Las Vegas, United Airlines’ MileagePlus program earned the DMA
Marketer of the Year and the Innovation Awards. These are two of
the DMA’s highest honors, representing outstanding achievement in
the multichannel direct marketing industry.
