Marketing Agreement With Atex Atex to Market Private-Label Version
of AdStar's Web-Based Ad Sales Solution to Worldwide Customers

announced that it has signed a Letter of Intent to enter into an
international value-added marketing and re-seller agreement with
Atex, a global leader in software and solutions for the media
industry. As a result of the agreement, Atex will market and sell,
as part of its Enterprise advertising system, a private-label
version of AdStar's Web- based Ad Sales solution. Enterprise is a
comprehensive advertising solution currently used by more than 300
newspapers in 28 countries to manage advertising operations,
maximize revenue, optimize operational efficiencies, and broaden
and strengthen relationships with advertisers. By integrating
AdStar's ad transaction solution into the Enterprise system, Atex
will be able to provide its customers with a value-added service
that can attract new advertisers, facilitate the ad sales process
and increase ad revenues. AdStar's Web-based Ad Sales solution is
used by many of the largest newspaper publishers in the United
States to allow advertisers to create, schedule and pay for print
and online classified advertisements via the Internet. "Worldwide
