On September 23, 2024, AgriForce Growing Systems, Ltd. (the “Company”) was scheduled to hold its Annual Meeting of Shareholders. The meeting was adjourned for lack of a quorum as follows: The meeting was adjourned to Tuesday October 1, at 11:00 a.m. PST, to be held at the same location as the September 23^rd meeting.
