Alpha Spacecom, Inc. (OTC:ASPC) (BULLETIN BOARD: ASPC) , a
China-based Company in process of converting movie theaters and
multi-cinema complexes to digital projection, announced today the
addition of six American and Chinese executives to its management
team. Chief Executive Officer and Chairman, Fung T. Sien, said the
new members are Jun Chen, Director/Vice President, Corporate
Development/Engineering for Communications, Media, and
Entertainment in China; Dennis H. Johnston, Esq., Vice
President/General Counsel; Shen Shan Ming, Vice President
Accounting and Corporate Finance; Michael Selsman, Executive
Producer, Advisory Board; Ming Liu, accountant, and John Santoyo,
Vice President, Investor Relations. Chairman Sien noted that "Alpha
Spacecom is expanding rapidly. According to China Digital Film
Company, China will overtake the United States in the number of
digital theatres by the end of 2005 with more than 150 digital
cinemas in China projected. Further, the number of digital cinemas
in the country is expected to reach 1,000 within a few years. And
as our Company is also involved in the satellite distribution of
entertainment media, including film, theater, live music and
sporting events, in China, we require a high level of experienced
corporate executives to administer our growing business in Asia and
soon, in the United States and Europe." Jun Chen is an entrepreneur
in China. His business career is focused on entertainment and
commercial real estate finance, management and development. Prior
to entering business for himself, he was an executive at the
Beijing City Development Company, China Real Estate Department Post
and China Media Data Encryption Company. Jun has extensive
knowledge and hands on experience in China's media entertainment
and land development projects. Dennis H. Johnston specializes in
representing corporations and financial institutions and has
assisted in organizing and financing private and publicly traded
companies in mergers and acquisitions with a total value in excess
of $3 billion. Johnston is a business and economics graduate from
UCLA and received a law degree with Dean's List Honors from Loyola
University of Los Angeles where he was an Editor of The Loyola Law
Review. He is a former partner at the nationally recognized law
firms of Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP, formerly Manatt,
Phelps, Rothenberg, & Tunney, and Wyman, Bautzer, Kuchel &
Silbert. Shen Shan Ming holds a Masters Degree in Corporate &
International Finance (Lancaster University UK) and has been
serving as the general manager for telecom ventures at Hong Kong
Electric Holdings Limited. He is a seasoned professional in the
field of evaluating and negotiating Chinese investment and
infrastructure projects and was appointed as an advisor to the
Chinese Ministry of Film, Radio Broadcasting and TV, now known as
State Administration of Radio, Film and Television (SARFT). From
1994 to 2001, Shen served as a member of the Chinese People's
Political Consultation Conference, (CPPCC) Zhejiang Province, and a
Delegate of North England Development Corporation and agency for
the Department of Trade & Industry, UK. He was formally a
director of Ka Wah Bank Trustee Limited and Pacific Asia
Enterprises (HK). Michael Selsman has been an executive at 20th
Century-Fox, Paramount, MGM, Universal, and Samuel Goldwyn
Productions, at Goldwyn Studios. He has been a studio and
independent producer, a theatrical agent and public relations
agent, and has personally represented Marilyn Monroe, Judy Garland,
James Stewart, Henry, Jane and Peter Fonda, Marlene Dietrich, Rock
Hudson, Gene Kelly, James Mason, Peter Sellers, Lawrence Harvey,
Mervyn LeRoy and others. Selsman line-produced a number of films on
distant locations in the U.S., and co-produced the feature film
"Gotcha," for Universal, as well as developing 18 other feature
film and television projects as a producer at MGM. As a
professional writer, he has been employed by Hemdale Pictures
Corp., MGM Studios, Robert Halmi International, New World Pictures,
and others. Ming Liu, accountant, has been with China Youth Daily,
in Beijing, China since August 1995. She received her Bachelor
Degree in Economics in Beijing, China the same year. John Santoyo
specializes in strategic planning and business development for a
wide range of public and private companies. Drawing on his
background in both public relations and marketing, his experience
includes developing and implementing programs designed to manage as

Southern California studying Political Science and Finance and the
president and Chief Executive Officer of JMS Capital Partners, LLC,
