On July 30, 2020, the Board of Directors of Astec Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) declared a quarterly cash dividend of eleven cents ($0.11) per share of the Company's common stock to be paid on or after, August 27, 2020, to the Company’s common stock shareholders of record as of August 13, 2020.
