by Bezeq Subsidiary- Decision of Israeli Ministry of Communications Allowing Use of New Internet Technology by Bezeq
On
July 12, 2020, Bezeq The Israel Telecommunication Corporation Ltd. (“Bezeq”), a 26.34%
subsidiary of B Communications Ltd. (the “Company”), reported to the Israel Securities Authority (the
“ISA”) and Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (the “TASE”) that on July 12, 2020, the Israeli Ministry
of Communications approved Bezeq’s application to use B35 internet technology (which is an extension of xDSL technology
and which can significantly increase and even double the bit rates on Bezeq’s current copper internet infrastructure).
