Report by Bezeq Subsidiary- Israeli Government Recommendation to Court re: Structural Separation in Bezeq Group

 

On July 16, 2020, Bezeq The Israel Telecommunication Corporation Ltd. (“Bezeq”), a 26.34% subsidiary of B Communications Ltd. (the “Company”), reported to the Israel Securities Authority (the “ISA”) and Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (the “TASE”) that on July 15, 2020, the Israeli government submitted its updated notice to the Israeli High Court in response to Bezeq’s petition to the court. The Israeli government has reversed its position and indicated that it is currently against the elimination of the structural separation within Bezeq, thereby supporting the position laid out by Bezeq in its petition to the court.

 

A translated copy of the foregoing report of Bezeq is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report of Foreign Private Issuer on Form 6-K.
