On August 3, 2023, the Company terminated its direct public offering of up to $3,000,000 worth of ordinary shares of the Company (the “Shares”) as described its Prospectus Supplement dated March 30, 2023 (the “Offering”). The Offering was made by way of such Prospectus Supplement under the Company’s currently effective unallocated shelf registration statement on Form F-3, (SEC File No. 333-267116). Two (2) investors subscribed in the Offering, but neither of them completed valid payment of the required subscription price. As a result, no shares were validly issued in the Offering.
