NEW YORK, July 14, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Celadon Group
Inc. (NYSE: CGI) will replace Cbeyond Inc. (NASD: CBEY) in the
S&P SmallCap 600 after the close of trading on Thursday, July 17. Birch Communications Inc. is
acquiring Cbeyond in a deal expected to be completed soon.
Celadon Group provides transportation and logistics services.
Headquartered in Indianapolis, IN,
the company will be added to the S&P SmallCap 600 GICS (Global
Industry Classification) Trucking Sub-Industry index.
