ANNOUNCES ANNUAL STOCKHOLDERS MEETING DATE

Topeka, KS - Capitol Federal Financial, Inc. (NASDAQ: CFFN) (the "Company") announced today that the annual meeting of stockholders will be held on Tuesday, January 28, 2025. The voting record date will be December 6, 2024.

Capitol Federal Financial, Inc. is the holding company for Capitol Federal Savings Bank (the "Bank"). The Bank has 48 branch locations in Kansas and Missouri, and is one of the largest residential lenders in the State of Kansas.
