Thousands of new shares going to board members this week. After 100% of the shares we all invested in over the years have been wiped out and cease to exist, these crooks just keep sucking on that teat. It's so infuriating. Every single member of the board, every single officer who's ever been associated with this company, they're all guilty of fraud and should be in prison, especially Daren "Hockey Stick Growth" Jamison. If it were up to me it would be a Russian prison.

Unfortunately, shareholders are last in line for any dispensation from the bankruptcy.

This technology had a future and should have been highly successful well over a decade ago but thanks to that shit stain's piss poor management along with the chicanery and subterfuge the equally worthless board of directors allowed him to get away with while they all sucked every last suckable dollar of life out of the company, that's all she wrote. I guess now the patents will be up for grabs and somebody with a lick of sense will figure out how to monetize them. Don't guess I'll ever get a dime out of it though.

I disagree it will be harder to get rid of my stock. Over the years I've gotten rid of thousands upon thousands of shares and I've never lifted a finger in doing so. I just sit here with my thumb up my ass while they keep doing reverse splits and viola! Shares gone!

Those share weren't created out of thin air. PBIO can't pay it's bill with cash so, they pay all the money they owe every month with 6 moth restricted shares. Because the price keeps dropping, the holders of the restricted shares are dumping the shares as they become unrestricted---and are losing money. Pretty soon the people PBIO owes money to will stop accepting worthless shares and force bankruptcy.

Just saw this chapter 11 filing. Agree the BOD and the company should be investigated by the SEC. Total scam all these years only to come to this.

From a Company standpoint I think this is a good thing (chapter 11). The Albatross around the Company's neck has always been the Non-Stocking Distributor Sales/Service business model that sucked about 25% (Distributor discount) off the top of all revenues. Chapter 11 will make it easier/cheaper to get rid of the Distributors and replace with direct sales/service people---sending additional 10-15% straight to the bottom line----generating profits for the first time in---well---forever. Also, they can stop chasing shinny crap like micro-turbine powered trucks/buses, hydrogen economy, range extenders, etc., and focus on what they do best.

From a shareholder standpoint---I don't know. It will be harder to get rid of your stock because it is going to be a private corp. instead of a public corp.. It all depends on if the new Company will pay dividends, and how much---that will set the stock value.

The only thing that surprises me is that it took so bloody long. I'm sure DJ figured the longer he could hold off the more $$ he could bleed out of this rock. Coupled with the announcement of what is no doubt a toxic financing agreement with Goldman are we finally looking at the death rattle or will it keep limping along issuing new shares and executing reverse splits for another year or two?

Such a shame. A great tech that could have and should have really taken off a decade ago but was just never allowed to get there by incompetent unscrupulous managers and directors who only sought to line their own pockets to the detriment of shareholders.

IF the new CEO gets rid of the non-stocking distributors and replaces them with direct sales/service people---at least 10% will go straight to the bottom line, and they will eventually start making a profit. 😍 If the new CEO leaves the distributors alone and chases, trucks, hydrogen, and all the future glitter like DJ did, well, turn out the lights---the party's over. 😭

I couldn't agree more. Millions in sales and quarter after quarter after quarter for going on 20 years DJ has stepped up to the microphone to blow smoke up all our asses and tell us about how EBIDTA break even is juuuuust around the corner. Meanwhile his salary keeps going up and he keeps cashing in those options for more shares they create out of thin air in between the reverse splits that artifically boost the price for five minutes until it crashes right back to the same level it was at before only now there's 2 or 3 or 5 times as many shares. Management and the board of this company should be subject to SEC action for fraud in my opinion.

hondo I too haven't been back to this board in a while. Still have what fee shares I have after all the reverse splits..Saw they issued more shares a couple of days ago so I thought I would see what the board was saying. Agree Jamison needs to get canned and the BOD sued for allowing this to go on for years. Never turned a profit in all the time I have been in this stock. Any other company and he would have been canned a long time ago. BOD must be on the take to allow this to happen. Buyers beware.

Ziggy....over the history of this company they either keep going out and issuing shares (which happened two days ago) or they do reverse splits. Why Jamison and his merry group of of 'high executives' are allowed to rape this company i still do not understand but beware. It has been going on a long long time. Every turned a profit?? What is that!!!!

Let's say you are a Hog farmer with a substantial "poop pit". What makes more sense---use an expensive micro-turbine generator, or use a diesel generator at 1/3 the cost (or less). My bet is the farmers out there go the same route as all the truckers out there. That is micro-turbines are great circle-jerk subjects, but diesel is more economic.

With oil above $90 and USDA Billion dollar investment and grinding toward breakeven. I don't see how this remains at this level. Since many mutual funds can't buy it until it hits $5 we should see a nice uptick when funds begin to grab a position.

Their investments in the UK facility... and rental fleet...and partnerships are about to finally pay off. Based on last CC which I have listened to over 10 times. Most of the write-offs... damages... and cost were figured into Q1 and Q2. This is the first quarter they get to shine.

All we need is a significantly lower cash burn and getting close to EBITDA breakeven. This could get very fun in the coming months.

Baker Hughes... EV... PV... methane capture... all right down CGRN's alley.

Methane capture is big proponent of this and CGRN is the best methane capture product in the world.

CGRN... should be huge. About to breakeven... backing of Goldman Sachs. Can't wait to see how this pans out.

This stock a while back was a darling of Wall Street because everyone could see the use of their products. However, their business model was consistent with their product line. They made a shift about 12-18 months ago to build a rental fleet of MicroTurbines (MT). They are well capitalized with 38M in the bank thanks to the backing of Goldman Sachs. The progress of the last 18 months will soon begin to be reflected in Feb 10 earnings. They are getting close to EBITDA breakeven. Probably less than 4 months away. Market cap is 50M. Article published Dec 21st says top 7 green stock this year. Ironically, every market cap was almost a 1B plus except for CGRN. Seekingalpha article in August mentioned $100+ a share.
Four analysts have price targets of 13-14+ and it is trading at 3.50. They are in the energy sector/green sector and $90 a barrel doesn't hurt their situation.
They have big things on the horizon... including an EV partnership for charging stations. Microgrids, methane capture, mining, cannibas... all of these require power and CGRN type power. In many ways, they are the only game in town for that.
I think CGRN can be an unexpected linch pin in the green movement. They are a supplement to almost every movement. Expect Baker Hughes announcement soon.
Many hate this stock because it has been an underperformer. I think the foundation is set for it to take off. Worth a look anyway.

I guess we will have to wait and see. Again, I think this earnings report really changes Wall Street perceptions of where this stock can head. I hope that EBITDA is getting close to breakeven.
