its Workforce Management Platform. In addition, the latest release
provides rich functional enhancements to ClickSoftware's

The new mobile business apps enable ClickSoftware's customers to
rapidly build, configure, deploy and update important mobile
business functionality including field sales, employee
collaboration, timesheets, employee safety, business workflow,
navigation and location, allowing for even greater workforce

freedom to configure and deploy as many or as few apps as required

- The introduction of a web-client interface for ClickAnalyze.

control in the hands of the users giving them flexible data
manipulation techniques, on the fly, and visualizing the results
using graphs.
ClickSoftware has included the new business Apps within the
release of ServiceOptimization Suite 8.1.6 as a precursor to the
