S.p.A, one of the largest mobile telecom operators in Italy, has selected ClickSoftware's solutions
to replace its current WFM platform.
The new WFM solution will enable WIND to take advantage of
assisted scheduling for more efficient operations, as well as
cementing its position as the leader in quality of service for
customers. Ericsson has been selected as the systems integrator to
deploy the ClickSoftware solution.
