It would be tough for it to hit those levels while on the OTC.

COMS issued a press release on Jan 10, 2024 that "announced the filing of its delayed and outstanding quarterly reports on Form 10-Q for the quarters ended March 31, June 30, and September 30, 2023, regaining its current filer status.".

Also, per Charles Schwab's website, Refinitiv has a price target of $2.10 for COMS and on Fidelity's website, there is a news release that ThinkEquity initiated coverage on COMS with a price target of $3.00.

Might be a reflection of the market and overall economy. Lots of uncertainty leading into next year's events.

Why has this company struggled since DRNE days and now years later as COMS. I still have shares but it seems like a never ending cycle of "we landed this contract", "we acquired this company", "we hired a new CEO and several other board members", "we tested this with".

Why are we still at $1.71 all these years later with all of the hype?

I don't believe it makes a difference. Most of these stocks will request a RS to qualify for NASDAQ requirements.
