There is such a low number of shares, that the recent cash infusion, and rumored word of a market maker coming on board could run these shares up very fast. Don't forget the plans of selling some Patents off. Mark (Hood) has been upfront about his position on getting Information to shareholders as soon as he can. The only reason I haven't sold is their customers like IBM remain with them. Hypothetically the shares could go much higher if all the patents were sold. Insiders were grabbing shares at a higher price out of pocket too.

CRDSQ seems to be getting some attention in the newsroom. Several articles are hyping the stock and I understand a market maker is in the works. Anyone hear about this? I will see if I can get some details.

Do you know the current OS. 210 gets 49% of the new structure so shares are reduced or the market cap should be a mix of the $4M injected and patent value.

I have 3000 sh and think they can recover. They still own patents being used by large companies. What hurt in the past was the loss of suits filed in court. It's still a viable company with this cash infusion. I don't think it's over for them.

CRDS What are they waiting for on those Patent sales? I emailed Mr. Hood and he was very encouraging. Shares will run up fast and I believe we could see it happen this quarter on positive news. I've held shares in anticipation of the sale. Engineers seem pretty upbeat there. All hypothetical till it happens. Someone grabbed a lot of shares recently which ran shareprice up in one day, only to settle to its current $2.90.

I just read the call transcript of the q results. Nothing was mentioned about a reverse split so that is Total bullshit.

What's not BS is the following interesting piece from the transcript:

Yesterday, Crossroads and Dot Hill made their respective arguments in the Western District Court but the judge is not yet ruled on the matter. If Crossroads is entirely successful on the issue of Dot Hill’s breach, Dot Hill would be required to pay past due royalties which we estimate could approach nearly $1 million. Dot Hill would also be required to resume making quarterly royalty payments which we estimate could approach nearly $200,000 per quarter through December 2017. We hope for ruling on our motion to lift the stay within the next few weeks.

So, crds managed to exceed the expectations of the analysts: 2.1 mil revenue where the analysts expected 1.85mil and less than a penny per share loss while the analysts expected 12 cents loss per share...
