and Training Services to Industrial Workplace Segment 350-person

public access defibrillators (AEDs), today announced it entered
into a distribution partnership with Charleston, SC-based Hagemeyer
North America, Inc., (HNA) a $1.6 billion division of
Netherlands-based distribution giant Hagemeyer NV. Under the
agreement, Cardiac Science Powerheart(R) AEDs and AED/CPR training
and program management services will be marketed by Hagemeyer's
350-person sales force to its industrial and safety supplies
customers throughout the United States. HNA is a
business-to-business distributor of services and supplies focusing
on the industrial, safety and electrical products. HNA serves local
markets throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico and its
more than 4,900 associates serve more than 100,000 customers in
