Diamond Foods says it entered a proposed class action settlement. The company will pay $11M in cash and issue 4.45M shares to a settlement fund as part of the agreement. The company also issued preliminary FY13 estimates at $860M-$865M in sales and EBITDA of $98M-$101M. Shares of DMND are halted.
