Docucorp International(R) (Nasdaq:DOCC), a leading provider of
Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions, announced today
that Ameren Services Company has implemented Docucorp's
Web-enablement capabilities. The added technology will enhance
Ameren's existing online bill payment capabilities. "Expanding our
utility bill print solution to include Web presentment will
significantly enhance our customer service," said Paul Straughn,
manager of information technology, Ameren Services Company. "Not
only will we be able to provide our customers with Web-based access
to their bills through our eCustomer portal, but our customer
service representatives (CSRs) will also be able to instantly
access multiple bills from their desktops at one time. With
full-fidelity capabilities, they will be able to see exactly what
information a customer has, providing more informed and responsive
service." "Docucorp's Web-enablement capabilities provide Ameren
with a common link to the archive for both CSRs and Ameren
customers, maximizing the effectiveness of personalized customer
care," said Kerry K. LeCrone, senior vice president, ASP, Docucorp
International. "Their customers will now have the option to view
and analyze account information with greater flexibility than they
would have with a traditional printed bill." About Ameren Services
