Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On January 8, 2009, Dayton Superior Corporation issued a press release announcing an extension of exchange expiration date and expiration of withdrawal rights for the private debt exchange offer for its outstanding 13% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2009.  A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
